Baahubali 2 satellite rights for Hindi version sold at record price

SS Rajamouli’s forthcoming flick Baahubali: The Conclusion is all set to hit the screens on April 28, 2017. Film buffs from all parts of national and international are waiting for the release date.

Now, the latest update is that Sony Entertainment Television acquired satellite rights of Baahubali – The Conclusion Hindi rights for the whopping price of 51 crores. It is said to be the highest price for any Indian regional movie ever.

Karan Johar who owned dubbed rights of the movie is planning to release it with a huge number of prints across Hindi speaking states. He has already expressed that Baahubali 2 could be a threat for any big budget Hindi film at the box-office.

Rajamouli has to answer for many questions in Baahubali 2 and makers have already wrapped up major shooting part and trailer of the movie is scheduled to unveil on October 23.

After Baahubali – The Beginning has turned to be a blockbuster hit at the box-office, it was released in many world languages, and the film got laurels for its stunning visuals and content.

So, expectations on the second installments are high and Rajamouli is trying hard to make sure that Baahubali – The Conclusion is much better than its first part.
